throwing tantrums while eating...??

does anyone have the problem when you are feeding your little one and mid-feeding he throws the God awfullest fit?? I thought maybe it was the high chair so I moved him to a bumbo seat and he still did it, he seems ok when I hold him and feed him, but come on!! I know he's still hungry I just don't know how to make him stop crying so he can eat...

We had that problem really badly when DS was about 6-10 weeks old. We thought he had a milk sensitivity and switched him to soy. We also gave him a faster flow nipple, because we thought he may not be getting his formula fast enough. I'm still not entirely sure what the culprit was. Eventually, he settled down and stopped crying during feedings. Sometimes, I just had to wrap him up in a blanket and pin his arms so he couldn't flail around while eating. That seemed to help him concentrate on just eating.

My DS did this for about a week and a half around 4 months. Just give him little breaks-put the binky i n for a few minutes, burp and pull the old switcheroo. He doesn't do it anymore.
