I will never, ever, EVER understand...

..why, when men use the bathroom and do their little "shake off" at the end, they can't be considerate enough to shake it off INTO the toilet. Instead, they are in such a hurry that they shake as they begin to walk away from the toilet, therefore getting pee all over the floor that I in turn STEP IN when it's my turn. My brothers, husband, and FIL are all guilty of this and it drives me CRAZY. I am so sick of pee all over the floor. Sorry, vent over.

    I've always said, when I build my dream house that the master bathroom will have a "his" and "her" toilet.

    I don't get how it's so hard to remember to put the toilet seat down.

    But, until I get some more estrogen in this house to back me up, I have a feeling I'm going to be stepping in a lot of pee and putting down seats myself!

    Gross, I notice the splatters on the bottom side of the toilet lid  when I scrub the toilet, but never on the floor..  Hmm wonder if the bath mats absorb it, gross, gotta go do some laundry now.

    I should have known. 

    On a funny note.

    My step sons try to get away with crap here they wouldn't do at home. The newest was being to lazy to pick up the seat to pee. So there was pee all over the seat. So I told them look I have to sit on the seat to pee. I am a girl it is groos and you have to stop doing this. 

    So I had this huge party on Saturday. 

    The oldest comes running out and says "Monkey, I picked the seat up  this time to pee so you don't have to sit in my pee when you go to the bathroom" in front of oh 20 people. It was great.

    Why can't they clean up after themselves?  Is it really that hard to look for pee and wipe it up?

    No one except my FIL is that inconsiderate.  He can barely manage to keep all his *** in the toilet at my house.  I don't knwo what the hell he does in there. ..

    We have his and hers bathrooms.  My DH goes in the half bath that has the kitty litter in there.  Until he learns to put down the seat he can't use my bathroom.  Mwa ha ha.   I refuse to clean his bathroom either so it looks like a gas station bathroom.  I can only get him to clean when we having company coming, yuck.

    There was someone on botb before that talked about their FIL peeing in their sink because he was too lazy to go to the bathroom.

    I have to say, my DH is really good. I may have had to put the toilet seat down 2-3 times in the 5 years we've lived together and I never clean up pee off the toilet seat or floor either. One thing he does well!

    My DH is good too. My stepsons not so much lol. But they are just kids.
