H & M Maternity

I checked out their maternity section the other day and things were way expensive!  And I found these pants on a rack that resembled MC Hammer pants!!!  They ballooned out from the hips and through the legs and then had a super tight band around the ankle!!

Who thought these pants would be a good idea and pg women would want to wear them????

    I am so jealous they don't have an H&M in my city. 

    I'm surprised things there were expensive.  They usually have reasonably priced stuff.

    yeah I was surprised too.  Most of the shirts were $34.  Eh, I just can't pay that much for a t-shirt.

    I have a few H + Ms by me, but I haven't seen the maternity section in the one closest to me. Probably just as well - I definitely don't need anymore clothes.

    I got a cute dress at H&M Maternity in NYC last week for $15 (pic in blog).

    And those pants, yeah, they're horrible.  That said, EVERYONE and their sister was wearing them in the city.  EVERYONE.  It must be the new "it" thing.  Pregnant or not.

    To one of the PP - most H&M stores do not have a maternity section...it's only in their huge city stores and it's called Mama. 
    I went to one in NYC a couple weeks ago too after hearing great things from them in past years.  I wasn't impressed either.  Small selection.  And most things didn't look particularly "hip" like the rest of the store, most things looked like I could have found them in Motherhood Maternity.

    I was very surprised that H&M are quite expensive too.  I found other stores with better selection and prices.
