I got their magazine in the mail the other day. Their stuff is pretty cute.  I was wondering if anyone had any reviews for them, or knows anything about their return policy?  TIA

    my son is 1.5 and my mother orders him stuff from their quite often. I find that for the most part it's pretty flimsy crap, and it's expensive.

    I ordered almost all of my baby proofing items from OSA. I've also ordered a handful of baby items none of which I can remember at this time. I have been very pleased with their service and returns. I've never bought flimsy stuff from them other than the fold up toilet seat that I already knew was going to be flimsy. I was willing to deal with it because it's rare that Jack needs to poop in public.

    We get that catalog as well. The stuff looks just fine, but I feel like I can find a slightly better selection w/ slightly better quality at other stores/web sites. They do have some cute stuff. though.

    I love One Step Ahead.  I've ordered a ton of stuff from there...the sun smarties family shade (which is fabulous!!), the go go kidz car seat wheeler for travelling, a lot of safety items such as the stove guard and covers for stove knobs and window locks, and the car seat travel bag (it's MUCH sturdier and thicker than the thin vinyl red one from BRU). 

    I've never had to return anything so not sure about their policy, but their customer service is great.  I don't know what the pp has bought or received from her mom, but none of the items I've purchased have been flimsy or poorly made/constructed.

    Oh, and also, if you like One Step Ahead, you should check out the Right Start.  I believe the website will be back up and running on the 17th of this month. Another GREAT store!!
