i can't believe we signed a second lease.

We *could* have moved out this month, but we signed another lease so we didn't have to move.

Tonight, there was a fight or something behind my townhouse involving 15 or so people. There are eight cop cars an ambulance and a firetruck here.

OH and my neighbor just told me that the car parked in front of my house that appeared on Sunday is stolen. He told me "you can go ahead and call the cops, the lady that lives behind you told me her son took it from kansas city 6 months ago"

    You really re-signed?? Bre!! I figured you were outta' there after crazy crack mom across the way. (I probably got that all wrong!!)

    yeah. it sucks. the majority of us here are fine, its all from this ONE house in the complex behind me. They have the cops there for some fight tonight, and they are the ones with the stolen car. If they would move out, my neighborhood would be alright. Still scary, but alright.

    No you're right, but she trades with the crazies behind us. We signed the second lease back in January to get a discount for this month. Things weren't so bad then.

    Usually you can break it without penalty within a certain number of days of signing it.

    yeah...8 months is probably out of that grace period.
