I mean, things that you want taken care of in your life before the baby comes? We did a lot before we even thought of conceiving, but we still have some things in our lives I would like tidied up that have nothing to do with the baby.
First, we're remodelling our bathroom (eek!). Second, in terms of relationships, I am working on getting over some personal issues with my brother who is a very difficult person.
What about you?

umm... the baby's room has moved to the top of the "to do" list!
clean the garage is up there too.
Ditto.....and this sucks by the way!
We are in the process of building a shed right now.
Last weekend we had a bad storm and a lot of our siding got ruined so we need to get that replaced.
I have to finish painting my daughter's girly room. We didn't know what we were having the first time around so she has a neutral room. I painted her a pink room, and I am stenciling flowers on one wall. That way the neutral room will be the new baby's room.
We are trying to get stuff organized in our basement to start finishing that off.
I think that is it.
100% potty trained and moved into a big girl bed
We sold our townhouse the week after BFP, and started building our new house (We're building it ourselves, no GC) last week. I'm working full time, as well as starting back to school next Monday in the mornings and afternoons.
Now the only thing on our to-do list is finish this house so our baby can have a nursery.
We need to clean out and organize the room that will be our nursery, and would like to have a fence built in our backyard and possibly a deck before the baby comes.
Basement remodel - we're moving the 2 oldest boys downstairs & need egress windows.
Bathroom remodel - right now we're all (5 of us) sharing our 3/4 bathroom for showers. I really want the full bath back with the bathtub.
I also want to paint the kitchen, living room, and re-do the LR curtains.

There were so many things I wanted to do before the BFP. However, they didn't happen and it's too late to worry about it now. I wanted to remodel the master bath and maybe finish the basement. Now, the bath is still disfunctional and the basement is just a basement... full of spiders and the like.
As for dealing with personal issues and relationships, my best friend is going through a divorce and is refusing child support and my brothers tend to constantly find themselves in the middle of drama. I, however, have managed a new outlook on all of this... it's not my problem to deal with. I will listen... I will offer my advice... take it, leave it, it's up to them. Ultimately I have to deal with my own life and the changes going on in it. Once I decided this, those problems just kind of became topics of discussion... not really problems anymore.
Selling our house and buying a new one
Well, this baby was a suprise, so there's a lot we need to do.
We had planned on getting different jobs/moving closer to family before we even thought about children. Now we're trying to decide if we should attempt this before or after baby arrives. *shrug*
Job market sucks, so I don't have high hopes that we'll be able to get anything good anytime soon.

We have to get the nursery ready of course. That involves clearing out the room (which is currently a catch-all), new carpet, painting, and a new light fixture. My mom informed me that I'm not allowed to buy anything for the nursery yet though
We're also fixing up the upstairs bathroom, and will have to consolidate our closets as my husband uses the one in what will be the nursery.
Ditto this! Our storage room (aka the baby's room) is full of stuff DH had in storage for several years. I'm sure we can get rid of most of it. We are also realizing that we don't have a ton of closet space.
Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!

sleep! a lot!
possibly put an addition onto the house.
1) We have every room in the house except our bedroom and the laundry room to paint. I know that most likely won't get done, but it would be nice to get the living room painted at least.
2) Build a storage shed.
3) Clean out the garage.
4) Clean out the third bedroom that we currently call "the box room". Then paint and decorate it for the nursery.
Lots to do!
1) Sell 1 bedroom condo (we need to deep clean and declutter before that happens!)
2) Buy a house
3) Get life insurance
4) Work out a new budget (I am going to SAH)
5) Take a couple of vacations
My husband and I are actually moving back to our hometown to be closer to our families. This was planned before the pregnancy but we are excited to have our own mom's there through this process.
We've had a goal to save a certain amount of money (for the "baby fund") since before we started TTC. We're almost there, but hope to have more than what we intitially planned.
There's a few places I still want to travel.
Clean the catch-all room that will eventually be the babies.
