How much whole milk at first?

We've started introducing whole milk to our son. How much did you give your toddlers when you first started?

    My pedi suggested weaning from formula to whole milk by mixing the two together.  We started with 0.5 oz of whole milk with 3.5 oz formula.  Each day I increased the whole milk by 0.5 oz and decreased the formula by 0.5 oz, keeping the total at 4 oz.

    I replaced entire feedings with an entire feeding of whole milk.  We started with her throughout the day cup though.
