what do you think you're having? I read an article that says that mom's intuition is right about 73% of the time, so the odds are in your favor.
So, what's your guess?
My gut is saying boy, but last time I thought girl until 12 weeks when I became convinced it was a boy (I have a ds), so it could change.
Oh, and if you've already found out, was your intuition right? I'm curious about that 73%..
Re: If you don't know whether it's a boy or a girl,
I had a feeling from the beginning that I was having a boy and at my 20 week u/s it was confirmed.
Though now that I'm close to delivery, I keep having these dreams that the u/s was wrong and it's a girl. But there was no mistaking my baby's "boy parts" so I think it's just nerves.

We kind of refer to the kid as "he"... so that means it's probaby a girl. I think I read somewhere that the older you get, the odds also shift slightly toward girls rather than boys.
But we're not going to find out ahead of theim, either! Gotta have a few surprises in this world!
I thought for sure I was having a boy. Had a girl, which was a really nice surprise. It didn't matter, just wanted a surprise & a healthy baby. Got both.
I knew in my heart this was a girl....but he is all boy!!!
I thought I was going to have a girl when I had DS. For some reason when I thought of being a parent though I always imagined myself having a son. Maybe I was trying to prepare myself for having a girl since it's not something I ever really imagined. All my family and friends kept guessing girl and all the crazy old wives tales pointed to girl. Then just about the week before I had my son, I ran into 4 people I hadn't seen during my entire pregnancy and they all emphatically told me I was having a boy.
At around 7 weeks I got this feeling I was having a girl and continued to have that feeling until my 20 week sonogram when I learned I was having a BOY!
I think we are having a girl. I am probably wrong!
I have 2 boys so a girl would be nice this time. DH's family isn't known for having girls though.
This pregnancy is completely different from my others in the way I've been feeling. It could be because I'm 10 years older though.
I will be perfectly happy with another boy though. A healthy baby is my main concern.
Anyway, I feel that it's a boy. I don't know if that is because we have two girls already but that is what I imagine the baby is when I think about him.
