I visited one, I believe it is called iCare off of Washignton Rd. It's technically not Catonsville but it's not far. I liked it and her philosophy but she didn't have space for an infant.
I found the flyer in the Giant on Wilkins. Sorry that I can't give you more info but it was in December when I was looking.
