I'm sorry you had a bad experience with PAD. I absolutely love them and haven't had a problem.. In the 10 months I have been going there. I don't have any other suggestions.
Well, im glad ur happy with them. I had to go in twice to fill out a transfer form from my last doctor cause they "lost" the first one. Then when it came to being referred to a specialist, I had to deal with them for a week because the referral person and the front desk are two different entities, or two different planets and I had to convince the refferal person that the specialist REQUIRED a refferal even though i have BCBS while se was arguing with me they were wrong instead of picking up the phone and calling. Completely unprofssional and lazy!!!!!
Im never going back there but I will be sending the doctor a letter about the administration.?
We interviewed Dr. Agrawal while I was still pg, but never actually used her as our pediatrician. We ended up picking another doc because of proximity to our workplaces, but we did really liked Dr. Agrawal. She's a 1-person practice, no associates. Her office is just a couple of blocks from Baylor downtown.
The office I am complaining about is a huge office. Therefore, they have delegated each function to several people with seperate offices. Therefore, for a referral; I have been arguing with the designated referral person to send it over the specialist and she refuses. I had the specialist call her today...
Then for my daughter's medical history; someone else had to fax over. However, she was telling me she does not have it in her desk area cause the front desk hasnt sent it over. So they are in the same office, but somehow, i had to call the front desk for them to send the history over to this person to fax to the specialist. This was the second attempt since the FD had lost my request for record release that I filled the first time.
Just a mess...and it is sad that office politics have taken over an office where the doctor was actually very nice.?
I think that's very bizarre. I have gone to PAD for over 20 years, had numerous referrals, and never dealt with anything like this. I have taken tons of kids there and never had a problem.

I agree! DS has had several referrals never an issue. I'm sad that she doesn't like the office staff, but glad she liked the doctor. I was just hoping it was an off day for the staff. Who knows.
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Agrawal and her staff. I would not recommend her. I take my son to Dr. Tammy Kennedy at Inwood Village Pediatrics. I drive from Flower Mound because she takes such good care of my son.

i'm sorry you had a bad experience with them. an interview is such a different thing, you know? i'm glad we didn't go with their office. oddly enough, we also chose a dr at inwood village pediatrics, and we're very happy so far!
they aren't downtown so i didn't mention them originally but i agree that's it's worth a drive for a good dr.
We go to Dr. Stefanie Spaeth at Baylor Pediatrics: https://www.baylorpediatriccenter.com/. They're located on 75 & Park, across from Northpark. I've seen one other doctor there & was happy w/ him too. I love that they have Saturday walk-in appts.
