  • I didn't start feeling kicks until about 21 weeks. I felt the same way you do especially when people are saying they were feeling them at 13-14 weeks!

  • Me but I'm still probably a few weeks away. But I will join you in saying that I can't wait to feel some sort of movement. I would swear that I have but my mom and the doc both said it was most likely gas...I say Stick out tongue to them! I hope you feel something soon!!

  • I'm right there with you, hun. I thought I might have felt some movement the other night, but... I don't know.
  • I haven't but I am still way too early!  You will feel them soon.  I wouldn't worry too much.

  • I am still in the "was that the baby or gas?" stage-- I can't really tell exactly what I'm feeling.  I wish it were more obvious.

  • Me.

I am starting to feel this weird sensation which I think is baby, but no kicks and nothing definite. I feel like I need to pee really badly, but it's not in my bladder....it sort of feels like that goldfish swimming sensation everyone talks about but not quite.

  • Nothing here and I'm supposed to feel it sooner, since I'm having twins! No such luck!

This.  I've felt a few obvious pokes or taps but the rest is so faint and it almost always happens when I'm distracted, by the time I realized I felt something it was over and I can never decide if I imagined it or not.  Sigh.

My big boy is bounding towards 4! Baby brother coming in October!

  • Nothing for me either...but I found out today that I actually have an anterior placenta, so the placenta is acting as a "buffer" for movement. They said that it could be weeks before I feel anything.
  • I haven't really felt any kicks yet either. I have felt little flutters for the last few weeks, but nothing I would describe as a kick yet.  I am patiently (well not really patiently) waiting...and so is DH!!
  • I'm still here...  with just a belly... and nothing to show for it... but a belly.

  • I haven't felt anything yet.
  • I haven't felt any but I am only 16 weeks so that is to be expected.
  • If it makes you feel any better I would have sworn I did feel a kick. But I am nearly certain now that it was just gas. Smile

  • I haven't felt a certain "thump" yet, just some thing that feel so different that they must be the baby. Grr!
  • I felt this way two weeks ago and then all of a sudden I started feeling different.  For those of you that are still unsure I've learned a couple things.  First, my baby movement is in the front of my belly.  Usually the gas is more toward my back.  Second, when I bend over or slouch too much she'll kick me very low.  I do not do this on purpose, of course, but she really kicks hard when I squish her by bend over or slouching.  Poor thing!  You'll get the hang of the feelings sooner or later.

  • You are far from alone. I have felt a few things that might have been something but no definitely kicks yet. I definitely know what you mean about all the posts. In addition I have 2 cousins and a SIL that are preg, only one due before me and they have all felt the baby moving. This is so unfair because it is not a first for any of them so they know exactly what it should feel like.
  • I feel movement but not kicks that I can tell. it just feels like LO is doing somersaults and such.

I'm not even sure if i've felt definite movement! It's frustrating - but I know our time will come!!!

  • No kicks here, but I'm way too early for that. .

  • You're not alone. I've had some weird gurgling feelings that don't feel like digestion and some random pains like something's being pushed, but nothing distinct.
