Just wondering how long it took some of you to get PG after stopping BC pills. I'm just curious and wondering if I'm being too optimistic:)

I went off the pill at the end of April and got pregnant at the end of May, but I'm sure most people it takes a few months, mostly because your system needs to get back to normal.

I was off BCP for over a year and it still took us 5 cycles once we began TTC

My first cycle off bcp, I was charting and trying to teach myself via TCOYF (didn't finish it due to BFP)... don't forget that most healthy couples take 6 months to a year to get pregnant, that is what we were assuming and were very pleasantly suprised when we got our BFP on our first try.

Off BC for over a year, DH and I officially started trying in May and it took 3 cycles. I highly recommend the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor - I only had to use it for 1 cycle.

I was off BC for over a year. Although we weren't actively TTC, we were also not trying to prevent. GL to you & don't get discouraged if it takes longer than you think it will.

3 cycles after stopping bcp, but the first cycle that our timing was actually ok. I work 3rd shift so... sometimes it isn't always possible to be home..

1 month. Last pack was in May and pregnant by July. We were shocked. We thought it would take months. We feel blessed but I can't help but to be super nervous about it. Like easy come easy go kinda nervous.

I had one normal cycle after stopping the pill to figure out my "natural" cycle. Tried the next and it worked! First time was a charm...I know 4-5 people that is has happened for within the first 2 months. Good luck!!

I went off BCP 3 months before we wanted to start TTC and I started charting then to "get to know" my cycles. Once we started TTC we got our BFP the 2nd month.

With DS I got PG 3 weeks after stopping my pill. I thought it would take months! (of course I was younger and in better shape then, lol Stick out tongue

We are just starting the TTC process with #2, I just had my IUD taken out this past Thursday. We are hoping to start TTC next month. I an anxious to see how long it will take.

My DH and I went off bc at the beginning of April and got pg at the end of May. However we were just letting it happen, we weren't actively trying to get pg, we just got lucky! Good luck!
