opinions on bedding please

Here is the crib we have:

We are thinking on getting this bumper/sheet set:

My questions are: do you think the brown in the bedding will clash with the honey color of the crib?

AND, should we go with the brown with dots skirt that is part of the set:

or just go with a white skirt, since the sheet is primarily white?

I think it will look just fine with the crib. I also really like the skirt and think it will look fine.

I think the bedding you chose is very cute and I love the colors. I'm not sure how the skirt will look and might choose to go with a white one if it were me, since it's a different color from the crib but if the set comes all together, I would just get it. I'm sure either way it will look great all put together Yes

That will look fine I think, and I'd go with the bed skirt. You need more accent colors. What color are you painting the room? I love the green and blue in the bedding!

I would like to add that I like the crib and I like the bedding choices, just not together.

I think the bumper definitely clashes, but the skirt looks fine. The bumper is a similar value (light/ darkness) as the color of the wood, but the bumper has cool undertones, while the wood is warm. Since the skirt is dark and the wood is light, it the tone won't matter as much.

The room itself is going to be very busy as we're doing a Wizard of Oz mural on all 4 walls, including the emerald city behind the crib, and the poppy field, munchkinland, and the forrest on other walls. So... I'm trying to find a somewhat "bland" bedding set without going just solid colors.

This is kind of how I'm feeling about it.

Maybe I'll just buy it and see how it looks in person and send it back if I still have reservations.

... too many choices!

Ditto imo. Are you using the bumper? If so, match the skirt to the bumper and not the sheets b/c you'll need more than one sheet and unless you are going to buy multiples of the exact same sheet it wont be such a big deal if the sheet isn't matchy matchy b/c it will change frequently. The bumper and skirt stay in place.
