silly fb vent

It's actually not so much a vent about fb, just something i read from a friend.  I have a lot of church friends on my fb, so i can't really vent about it there.  first, i preface by saying i love my church/faith, but the people that are in it and run it are human and therefore i have been having a lot of issues with church lately.  Anyway, my complaint.  One of my church friends posted that she was not going to be playing anymore fb games (farmville, yoville etc) because our church recently put out an article about abusing the internet.  How the heck does one abuse the internet by playing farmville?  Did they put in a new porn code or something that i don't know about?  Ugh, this is just one of the many issues i have been having with church, when did it become okay for people to behave as sheep?!

    People take things to such extremes. That is very silly IMHO. Unless farmville is keeping you from caring for your family, I really don't see the problem.

    That is pretty extreme. Maybe she is addicted to Farmville/Facebook games so she has to quit?

    Sounds dumb to me.

    Yeah I don't understand that one. Definitely don't, talk about extremes. Well if it's not somebody you weren't particularly close with, than one less person to worry about?

    Wow, that seems very extreme to me. I guess maybe she is neglecting other areas in her life due to FB & maybe that's why she needs to quit?

    On the same note... I just had to have a long talk with my family because they threw away all of the mix CDs that I've ever burned them.  Saying that it was stealing!  Even though itunes allows you to share each song with 5 additional computers, sharing with my family is stealing?  People are crazy!!  That's all I have to say about it : )
