Had surprise NST this morning

I went in for what I thought was a growth scan this morning and was told that I would also be having a NST. I assume it is b/c my b/p has continued to be borderline high. Everything looked good, though. I had one good contraction in the 20 minutes, but the nurse wasn't too concerned considering it was already 97 with 100% humidity. She said drink more water!  They said I would be coming back on a weekly basis for NSTs (which was also a surprise!). I hope they don't have me mixed up with another patient! Indifferent Off to call my doctor...

    Eek! Good thing to call the doctor...it sounds like they may have you mixed up, but if they don't...I'd like to have it explained to me why it's being done. (PS. I gave you a bloggy award on my blog last week).

    I was told I would have weekly NST starting week 28.  Even though our infertility was completely MFI our doctor is treating us high risk because of the infertility umbrella.  I bet yours might be just eering on the side of caution.

    I think it's a good thing with you BP being suspect... I have twice weekly NST's that started at 28 weeks because of my history. It makes me feel better just getting my BP done... It was such a slight change when I was really sick with pre-e and hellp
