WAH job - Slumber Parties

Has anyone looked into this?? I saw it referenced in the sahm survival guide and was intrigued. It's like tupperware parties but with sex toys. LOL

    I've never really looked into doing this, but have been to a slumber party before.  I think I would be too embarrassed trying to sell this stuff--I'm not bold enough!  The lady hosting the party said she made good money from it though.

    I used to do Slumber Parties.  It was fun, but I didn't make a ton of money doing it, and you have to invest a lot of time working to set up parties, etc.  I didn't lose money or anything, but when you factor in all the time spent on business planning, phone calls, driving to the parties, etc... it wasn't a big moneymaker.  Hope that helps :)

    My girlfriend did it. she is a bold one (as am I) however she flopped with sales after a couple of parties and was left with a lot of inventory and she was out a lot of the start up money.

    i remember she wound up giving a 'love swing' away at our holiday white elephant party.

    the key to selling that stuff- is having a lot of bold friends who have a lot of friends that would come to a party. Its ashame because my girlfriend was perfect for the job- but it just didn't work for her.
