How long does heat rash last?

Nora has a rash on one of her thighs. I'm pretty sure its heat rash but she's had it since Friday. It looks a lot better now but its still there. I called the nurse but she seems to think its probably just heat rash and nothing more. I forgot to ask when to expect it to go away.

J's lasted for like 4 days. It faded, but didn't go away completely until the 4th day.

It takes a while. You can use 1% hydrocortison to help it go away faster
