need healthy food to eat for more energy suggestions

I am drained, all day, every day.  Any suggestions on healthy food to eat to give me a boost?

    Raw nuts with fresh fruit are a good snack for energy (I like almonds and an apple).  Try having protein at every meal, especially in the AM.

    cheese or nut butters and whole grain crackers or sliced apples (watch potions!)

    cottage cheese with fruit

    when I was PG I tried to keep hard boiled eggs on hand, great for a snack

    protein and small portions throughout the day plus make sure you are drinking enough water.
