Wondering if you could answer a few questions for me? So tell me was it easier going from 1 to 2 or 2 to 3? How did your DD's adjust to the new little guy? Did you bf? If so I also did and I'm wondering how much harder it will be with two young ones running around? DD#1 was 19 months when DD#2 arrived and I was able to corral her in the room I was bfing in but I"m thinking it might not be as easy this time? Also, any words of advice as a mommy of three?

It was MUCH easier going from 1 to 2.......it is VERY hard for me from 2 to 3 (and my DH).
The girls LOVE DS - they adjusted fine. No issues there.
The problems I have are logistical - DS is a BAD sleeper (he's my third bad sleeper), and is just now starting to give us 4-5 hour stretches and he's 7 months old. I'm sleep deprived and I do NOT do well without sleep.
It's not easy to get all 3 kids out the door to get somewhere. DD#1 was in preschool and I had to do pickup/dropoff - that was rough. Get everyone in/out of the car 4 times each day she had preschool (2 days per week).
Yes, I BF. I get PG while BFing! LOL! I BF for 1 year.
The GOOD thing is that the girls play together nicely while I nurse DS. So, that's easy. I can nurse him upstairs (because he gets too distracted while I nurse him) and set up the girls in the playroom (it's gated).
BFing is so much easier the 3rd time around. You'll figure out a method that works for you. For DS's afternoon nap, I set the girls up with an episode of something on the TV and I nurse him and put him down. This is working for us right now.
The only thing I can tell you is to try and get #3 to go with the flow. DS gets toted around everywhere, even though he's a terrible sleeper. He's a very "calm" baby though, so if I hold him, he doesn't cry.
Oh, the ONE thing that saved me is the MOBY!!!!!! LOVE that thing!!!
I've been to the zoo, by myself with all 3 kids!!! And survived!
We've still not found our groove yet, and probably won't until DS turns 1. He refuses all bottles, making it much harder for me to be away from him.
I also don't have help around, so it makes it harder. I had a part time babysitter for the summer, but she quit on me last month and I can't find anyone else!!! UGH!
Just take it one day at a time.........
