When in my cycle should I start drinking? And how much??

    about 1 cup a day starting on about CD3-4 and then stop once you have ovulated.  btw, you can buy pom pills where 1 = 2-3 cups of juice.  it's much cheaper and easier to do if you find the pom juice bitter.
