As a whole, we FM's have lost a TOTAL of 236.5 lbs!!!!! Such amazing work, you guys!!!
If you checked-in at last week's check-in, I placed a
next to your name. That's how you'll know if you checked-in or not. If we didn't hear from you last week, or ever, then there won't be any face next to your name. (I changed this b/c it was too hard to update everyone's info with a bazillion googley eyes staring at me! LOL!) Don't be afraid to update us, ladies! We're here for you!!!
Some of you have goal dates creeping up on you... please let me know what you would like for me to do with your stats. I'm happy to adjust them as you see fit. Good luck!!!
You can be a pregnant FM as well. We can keep track of our progress through Mamahood by still eating healthy and exercising as we should. If any of you are pregnant and want to check-in with us, please let me know!

Here is the format for our weekly check-ins. I hope this makes it a little interesting for everyone...
1) Please reply with how much you lost this week and how you did it? I will update the list periodically throughout the week. If you also want to post your total weight lost, that would help me out, too! ![]()
2) Please share with us any tips you have on low cal/fat snack foods you have come across, delicious healthy recipes, fun fat-burning activites (hiking, toddler aerobics DVDs, etc.) that may help others to reach their goals, etc. We love to hear them!
3) Have fun with this!! We are here to motivate one another, not stress each other out. Words of encouragement are always welcome!!

Hi ladies! I lost 2lbs this week.
First thing I'd like to wear, once I"m at goal, is a pair of skinny jeans. Are they still "in"? LOL I love the look of them, but have never been able to wear them and feel good.
I'm down 1lb! FINALLY, I'm going in the right direction again!
I'm dying to wear skinny jeans with a tunic top and little ballet flats. I can't wait! I tried on a pair last week and I just look like a stuffed sausage in them
I'm down 0.2 this last week....so call me even.
I didn't workout everyday like I have been doing, so hope to get better on that track this week!
i get a big fat 0... and actually am very happy... I got tired of looking at my scale and losing weight lol
After this baby I can't wait to be able to wear tank tops again lol... I'm not huge, but I am definitely not comfortable in them...

It's much better than being UP 0.2.
I forgot to reply... I am still down 4 lbs. The nausa is getting less and less as the days go by, so hopefully we're done with the losing.
QOTW: Bathing suits! Right now, I look like I've gained 20 lbs only... you can't tell I'm preggo. My maternity suit is pretty flattering, but not right now. It's baggy and embarrassing. Ugh.
:::HANGS HEAD IN DEEP DEEP SHAME!::::
I am UP 3 lbs this week! UGH! I was doing so well. We had a family wedding this weekend and took FULL advantage of the awesome food at the sit down dinner and of course the beautiful wedding cake - YUM!....lol. Plus it was an open bar with transportation back to the hotel - so yeah Saturday was NOT a good day for me.....lol. But the good news is DH is leaving tomorrow and I am starting work a half hour later now so now I will be able to get up an exercise before work - eat extra healthy this week since DH will be gone and hopefully lose the weight I gained and a couple more!
The thing I can't wait to wear?! Hmm - that is hard because I just bought a size 14 jeans and a large shirt - and that was my goal for October - so now I guess it is not so much something that i want to fit into but just that I want to look better in my clothes. Hopefully if I keep losing DH will let me have a shopping spree because most of my clothes right now are TOO BIG! :-)
Hi Ladies! I'm posting 3 days late, so I might have to update on this coming Monday if you don't see this. I've lost a pound, so I guess since I'm now 8 lbs. away from my first goal, you can put me down for a 2 lb. weight loss. Thanks!
