    DS does this and when I say ouch he gives me a little grin now.  Not fun at all.  So, now I try not to say anything.  I don't want him to think it's a game

    Ouch!  I get that a lot when I feed both- one will stretch out, bump the other and BAM startle rflex, chomp.  I have to remove the jaws from nip every time.

    DS used to all of a sudden rear his head backwards while keeping his suction on the nipple. I would be like, 'uh, son, you can't take that with you!' Hurt like crazy!

    Yup I feel your pain... it's usually when he's really sleepy and nursing.. like he forgets! ouch!
