Hi! (An introduction)

Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself. I have posted a few times randomly, but have mainly lurked here and there on the boards. You all seem so nice I figured I should introduce myself.

I am Brandi, I'm 30 and have been married to my wonderful DH Nick since 1/8/05. I was an elementary school teacher until I had our son. We started trying for our first baby pretty soon after getting married, but it took us 2 years to get our first BFP after being diagnosed with PCOS and proceeding to take Metforim and Clomid. Now I am a SAHM to Nicholas, our 16 month old little boy. After weaning him when he turned one imagine my surprise to find out I was pg again, this time with no outside help! We are expecting baby #2 around 1/5/10, just in time for our five year anniversary!

I had my 20 week u/s at 18 weeks last week and we were hoping to find out the gender, but it turns out this baby is a little shy, the tech "thinks" it is a boy after getting a small peek, but not long enough to be sure, so we are going with that for now. Since she was also unable to get a few other measurements we get another peek at my 22 week appt and I will have another u/s and hopefully find out for sure.

We are also in the middle of buying a house and are currently waiting for the closing, so we will be moving in the next few weeks! then I can start decorating a nursery and setting up our new home! We also have two fur babies, Belle my 7 year old Jack Russell Terrier and Nala, our 4 year old black lab chow mix.
