We just got our BFP a few days ago! So excited but very nervous as this is our first. Could use alot of advise/help. We have only told very few people because we are getting married on September 12th and my family is sort of conservative! So we need all the support we can get!

Congratulations and welcome! If your family is conservative, I would wait until you are further along to tell them because the risk of m/c in the first trimester is 20%. I would enjoy this between the two of you (and us here at the Bump!) for now, this will give you time to feel out the situation. But regardless of how your family and friends might react, this is your little miracle and you deserve to enjoy every minute of it! GL!
