Laundry question...help

So DH took DS' clothes out of washer (on Wendesday!!!) and put them in the dryer but never turned it on. So now they smell stank and musty! Normally if this happens to any of our stuff I would just run it with baking soda through the washer again, can you do that with baby clothes???

I usually use vinegar to get the musty stank out..
