what was your first pp af like?

I just got mine Monday (DD is almost 11 months old, I stopped BFing when she was 9 months old), and it stopped Wednesday. It was very, very light. Lighter than any period I had before DD. I was preparing for the worst. Anyone else? I know it could be irregular for awhile (which sucks, because we are TTC).

    Mine was the opposite- ridiculously heavy! I had to set my alarm in the middle of the night to go change a tampon- and it lasted a good week- WTF?

    This 2nd one I'm on now has been almost normal- a little extra heavy for the 1st day, but then not bad.

    My first one last 12 hours and was very light, didn't even really think it was anything until 26 days later I had another one. The second time until now, has been twice as long as pre-pg (now 7 days, pre-pg was 3 days), but no other changes. Pre-pg I had very regular 26-27 day cycles, now they've been from 24-34 days. It pretty much sucks a big fat one.

    My first one was light at first for a few days and then HORRIBLY heavy and painful. I agree with the pp I had to be careful not to bleed through. My first 2 were like that and the 3rd was normal. Pre-preg I always had sore and swollen breasts...not anymore though. However I would sacrifice sore for swollenWink ...

    Very heavy, very bad cramping... and this is from someone who had very light 3 day periods pre pregnancy. But now that months have gone by, it's still  much heavier than it was in the past, but I think I was somehow lucky to only have light 3 day periods. I still cramp a little bit more than I did as well, but nothing horrible. Oh, and mine have always been a regular 28 day cycle pre preg and PP.

    Four days, super light, hardly any cramping.  Now I am on CD 22 and have spotted on CD 20, CD 21 and CD 22, all at 10am and SUPER light.  Ugh, I wish I knew what was going on, but alas, I do not, I cannot even figure out the damn OPK tests!

    Mine was regular to light and only lasted 3 days. AF was supposed to show up again Tuesday but has yet to make an appearance, so it seems to be irregular.

    My first one started yesterday.  I was surprised b/c I had no idea when it would arrive.  I'm still BF'ing so I don't know if I'll be regular.  TO answer you question, so far its been very light, which I don't mind.  :)  My periods have notoriously been light though, w/ or w/o BC.
