  Medically 12 weeks, but the bump just breaks it up into 3 equal trimesters

  13w3d for 2nd tri and 26w6d for 3rd tri.

  12  weeks, but that means when you complete 12 weeks. So some consider it when you hit 13 weeks.

  when you hit 12 weeks you have already completed 12 weeks and are in week 13.
