Fabric Softener Sheets

I have been looking for Dreft fabric softener sheets and I am not having any luck.....  What kind of fabric softener sheets are you all using?

    Yeah I couldn't find them. I bought some other kind they had at BRU.

    if you are using dreft to maintain the flame retardant of your LO's clothing, i don't think that fabric softeners/dryer sheets are recommended.

    We do not make a Dreft? dryer sheet. In fact, we caution against using any fabric softener on children's sleepwear or other garments labeled as flame resistant as it may reduce flame resistance.     Someone bought us a ton of boxes from BRU. I am not sure the brand but it's a pink box.

    Dreft doesn't make dryer sheets anymore.  Fabric softener breaks down what makes baby clothes flame retardant so you're not supposed to use it at all.

    We use dryer balls (available at Target, Wal Mart, etc) as they do not affect flame retardant material.

    I am actually using regular Downy.  I have sensitive skin and have never had an issue with them, neither has DS.  I do use All Free & Clear detergent though.

    We've started using vinegar in the "fabric softener dispenser" instead of using dryer sheets. I got that from the EFF board.

    I was a little skeptical at first, but it actually works really well and doesn't make everything smell. Occasionally I will get a little bit of static, but for the most part it even works on that!
