Re: Any real ways to make money working from home???

  • Do you have any marketable skills? What do you consider a sufficient second income?

  • The way to do this is to find a "real job" that you can do from home.  You're right that the easy things are scams.
  • I just posted an update on some legit jobs (but, I haven't cracked the code to making more than a $1000, yet.  Sorry!) on my blog.  If you have any questions, feel free to pm or email:)  www.sophisticatedlygreenmom.blogspot.com
  • Is this a second household income?  Or you're working full-time and need to pull in some additional $ around your FT job?
  • I have to buisnesses that I do in the comfort of my home and work full time currently. Looking for that to change and be home ft with baby in 2010.

And I can send you some information.  I don't want it seem like I am spamming on the site.

  • I sell Lia Sophia jewelry on the side and make really good money at it. I work as a nurse full time and I think if I had more time to put into it I probably could end up selling full time, if that makes sense. We get 30% commission and can purchase the jewelry for ourselves at 70-77% off.

The average show is about $700 and I make $200 off of that. Right now that money is going towards payind down our debt and has helped A LOT! Not to mention it is really fun to get together with other women and try on jewelry. I have so much more fun doing this than my regular job!

I signed up under my mom who is a now a Unit Manager because of the amount of people she has under her and she makes more doing this then she does at her regular job. I think soon she will be comfortable doing this full time and quitting her regular job. It took her 3 yrs to get to that point.

This truly is a wonderful, family oriented company. Most of the women who sell it are doing so because they wanted to be home with their kids more. The company has an awesome support system and the product is awesome too. Every piece of jewelry has a lifetime warranty so you know you are selling something that you can stand behind.

I live about 4 hrs away from you but you are welcome to look at my website www.liasophia.com/meghannjerviss or if you go to the main website www.liasophia.com you can click on the bottom and search for an advisor in your area. I am sure they would love to give you more information about the company too.

This. If you are looking for a decent full time income, your best bet is to establish yourself at a 'normal' job and then submit a proposal to work at home. I did this when pregnant with DS and was able to WAH until he was almost 7 months old.

Ditto. I am working from home 2 days a week, going in the office the 3 other days about 35 min away. Makes a big difference!
