1st Trimester

25% through this pregnancy!!!! :)

I can't believe it!  Today I am 10 weeks pregnant.  I have seen the LO and heartbeat 3 times, the past time being at 9w3d!  My next appt is my NT Scan on August 17th.  I can't wait to see my baby moving around!  I feel like after I see LO on the 17th that I will be more at ease with the success of this pregnancy.  I had a m/c in February with a blighted ovum so I'm a litte nervous.  However, God willing everything's gonna be alright!  H&H 9 months to everyone!

  • Congratulations! I know how you feel. I'm only 6 wks pg and had a cp with my last. It can be hard to just trust in God and not worry if this pg will come to term or not. I think a lot of girls, at least on SAL, feel like that. Smile

  • I'm 10 weeks today also, it is awesome!!!! My fiance and I just had the first u/s on tuesday at 9w4d and it was so amazing, all my worries went out the window when we saw the LO waving its arm and bouncing around. it was hilariousSmile, It looked like the baby was on a trampoline in there, and hearing the heartbeat was the most beautiful sound I've ever heardBig Smile. We have the same expected dued date so H&H 9 to you
  • Awesome! I also had a blighted ovum in March so i know how you feel.

Sometimes i wish i could feel LO already so i know everything is okay.

  • I wish I could've seen my LO bouncing around last ultrasound!  We saw the baby and the heartbeat but it was on a SUPER OLD ultrasound machine.  All we could see was the outline of the baby and the fast heartbeat.  They call this u/s machine "The Green Machine" and it's seriously so old that it's the color of green shag carpet that was popular in the 60's-70's!  Ha!  They only keep it around the office to wheel into rooms to check the heartbeat and make sure baby's still in there.  They have some awesome high-tech u/s machines but I've only been on those once.  They will use the good u/s machines when I go in on Aug 17th for the NT scan though, and I will get to see everything!  I'm high rish so I have to go to the doc every 2 weeks.  I'm kind of thankful they haven't used the good machines each time because I would be broke!  Ha!
  • I'm right there with you.  I had a m/c a few years ago and only recently decided to start ttc again (it was fear and I started school again 2 years ago that pushed back my decision to ttc).  I went to the dr last week because of AF-like cramps and when I heard the hb I was relieved.
