I spent a semester in Florence and saw a bunch of places in Italy, and it was amazing! Florence, Rome, Venice, Milan. Didn't make it to the Amalfi Coast, which is supposed to be AMAZING and I would love to go back and see it!
We also took a cruise in the Eastern Med - Monte Carlo, Barcelona, Tunsia, Malta, Palermo, and Naples - which was probably even more amazing, but I wasn't sure if you were looking for a cruise.
Western Ireland! It's my only international trip (Canada doesn't count when you live in Michigan), but it was so beautiful!! I'd also love to visit Germany and Italy.
If you not into that, i would say Germany/Austria/Switzerland.? So much to see!!!!
Ditto...Loved germany and austria
I'm a German teacher. Guess what I'm going to say!
Beyond any German speaking country, I also lurve Italy - specifically Tuscany. Someday I'd love to go to Greece, too. ?If you need tips on Germany, page me.?
