What can I use to get wood glue out of carpet?

I was putting together my son's train tracks and the bottle of wood glue spilt while I was outside hanging out with some neighbors, so what can I use to get it up? It is dry and hard right now, so anyone have any ideas what I can use to get it up?

Try laying down a piece of paper (brown paper sacks work best) and ironing over it. That works for candle wax, maybe it will work for the glue too.
