Well, in the great scheme of things, it isn't a big deal, but in the little world of these boards, the names distinguish different groups from one another. Once we get on to the baby and toddler boards, the group names are used if someone wants to find people they posted with while pregnant. If March keeps using the same name, it's like saying there's no difference between the '08, '09, or '10 groups. Beyond just being mundane and unoriginal, later on, we'll have to use the label "Lucky Charms '10."

All the other months manage to come up with fresh new names. Using the same one over and over again makes us seem lame.

I know it seems like I care a lot about this. I don't really. I'm bored.

I definitely prefer the lucky charms or shamrock sweeties because of the "cute" factor. Although, ultimately, I love the phrase "March Munchkin" I think I'm going to use that one for my blog!

I seriously don't get why we are going to end up having the SAME name as last time around. I think that is so insensitive to people who may have been TTC and lost pregnancies that were in another "Lucky Charms" march group.

I know a lot of people say they don't like March Madness because of the sport and all but when you think about it, our homes will be full of madness in March (ie March Madness) one our LOs arrive. Like a sleep, diaper changing and crying is going to be a little madness I think. Just my two cents.

I think we should do a vote between the top two. I have a slight problem with Lucky Charms mostly that it just reminds me of the cereal I also have a problem with the fact that it's been used before. When I hear it, it reminds me of the ladies who had their babies in March of this year. I really like Shamrock Sweeties!! So cute.
