Ooooh! Me too!! It's called a "Latke" pronounced "Lot-kah". It's like a potato pancake...shredded potatoes cooked in oil. They're freakin delicious!

Successful Cycle: 5/12/11 - 1000mg Metformin + 100mg Clomid(late response) + TI = BFP
2/13/12 - We proudly welcomed our daughter, Hadley Teresa!

Lol, I'm chicken soup.
And I find this scarily accurate because I am indeed a healer. 
My hubs, however, doesn't fit the Lox, though. Although I guess his dietary pickiness could be considered high maintenance.
Now that I think about it, I think I have had one before and they are delish! One of my Jewish peers brought homemade ones to middle school I think.
