i am trying to get started on ike's birthday party and i am having a really hard time organizing my thoughts

I went to Party City but actually found stuff at WalMart and Garden Ridge as well. Hobby Lobby or Michael's would be good. I was in JoAnn's fabric store the other day and they had quite a bit of stuff.

So pretty much any of the craft stores, Walmart, Target, etc. Birthdays are BIG business, hee!
