  My RE never had me trigger until there were mature follies and would bring me back in for u/s until they were seen. I triggered CD10, CD11, and CD13.

  CD12, and I triggered that night. I was already ovulating, though, so the timing for the whole thing was off.

  I trigger on the day I get a surge, which is usually CD13.  I go in for u/s to confirm, and usually a nurse will administer.

  No, my RE always made sure we had 18mm (minimum) follies on u/s before triggering. Becuase if you have measurable but not mature follies, they might not necessarily mature in 2 days. It's a risk to take!

   For my 4 IUIs, I triggered with Ovidrel any where from CD 14 to CD 16.
