I'm still going to the gym twice a week to my usual classes. Last week was difficult, but I really think that was because I went through a bit of a growth spurt. I plan to start doing my yoga DVD at home this weekend because I've started to get achy in my back.
Anyway, just wanted to see if anyone was in the same boat!
Re: Anyone still working out?
I walk (slowly) for half an hour three times a week.
I do my prenatal yoga DVD once a week.
I do light (5-8 pound weights) twice a week.
I'm definitely not knocking myself out with it though.
I walk almost every day and then stretch with my husband. I was going to the gym and doing light weights but I just haven't had time.
I also do an exercise video that is baby yoga on demand, its 10 minutes and I'll do a few of them sometimes if its raining. I think its really important to stay active and I'm doing the best I can. I want a fast delivery and recovery!!!!
I take a prenatal yoga class and a prenatal aerobics class. I really love both for different reasons. The yoga is so relaxing and we do some great stretches. We also work on squats and holding them while breathing, something our teacher says we should do ever day (whoops). The aerobics class is nice because it incorporates more cardio than I do on my own. Half the class is cardio and the other half toning so it's not too much.
I walk daily, rain or shine!
Also do some light weights.

I've been trying to get in my regular 4-5 days of exercise--this was a bad week though, we took a couple days off to put together furniture/paint and I wasn't feeling up to the gym. I need to get back on track next week.
I still go to my prenatal yoga class every week and let me tell you it is one hell of a workout! I always leave there drenched! PLus I do a lot of steps at work so I count that as a work out.
I am down to just doing my yoga class once a week. I would love to walk but just walking around the fair or the mall results in horrendous pelvic pain, heat exhaustion, and stopping 6 times to pee.
More power to you strong, strong, walking women.
