I can see something on cnn.com about a woman being asked to leave somewhere b/c her baby was barefoot, but work internet blocks video/blogs/pretty much anything interesting. I guess they want me to do actual work.

Anyone know what happened?

Re: What's the barefoot baby story?
Wow. I think it's ridiculous to care about a barefoot baby if they're not walking age, but I guess it's a food establishment, so maybe a tiny part of me could see why some people would frown on it. Saying socks weren't sufficient is completely ridiculous though. Particularly when everyone (myself included) walks around in flip flops these days.
Thanks for filling me in! DS has been barefoot pretty much everywhere we go during the summer b/c his chubby little feet don't fit in shoes well & it's hot. I was curious to see what the fuss was about & whether I should be prepared for someone to say something to me about him being barefoot. I'm pretty sure I've taken him in restaurants barefoot a time or two, but not fast food places that I can think of....just b/c we generally drive-thru anytime we have fast food.
