I love the name Jeanine. That's the only way I've seen it spelled. I think it's a very pretty name. It sounds nice with Maia.?

I'm biased because my first name is Janine... I do usually have to spell it for people. I have met very few other Janines and everyone spells it different - Jeannine, Janene, Janeen, Jeanine. I do like that it is not very common and think it sounds great as a middle name for Maya/Maia.
