cradle cap at 12 months?

I was just looking at DS' hair and scalp and noticed he had small yellow scaly patches.  He had cradle cap as a baby but I didn't realize he could still get it I guess.  That's probably what this is?  And maybe it's because we shampoo every night?

    I just noticed the same thing with DS at 14 months. He had horrible cradle cap last summer as a newborn, but I figured it was something they outgrew. It hasn't gotten horrible, so I'm hoping it doesn't get out of control.

    ETA: We only "wash" his hair every other night with Aveeno soothing baby wash/shampoo. We just rinse it with water on the other nights.

    The disney cradle cap wash worked great on DD's cradle cap. I just noticed it a few weeks ago and used it on her then. Worked awesome and I think her hair is growing faster without the cradle cap getting in the way!
