Did blood work yesterday and my level was 24,587.. Is this normal? going back tomorrow and take more blood work..

This is all based on your DPO though. Were you charting so that you know how many DPO you are?
"Normal" really varies. Only a second blood draw to show doubling will indicate a viable pregnancy.
