We sold our house a few weeks ago in preparation for our move to new york. This weekend we went to sign a lease on an apartment until the move. Well it's a big gated community and they held a raffle for all new leases. I won!! A new laptop! They gave me a gift. Reciept so now tim and I are going to best buy to exchange for a camcorder for the baby! Total score. I never win anything.

dh got me a camcorder for xmas last year and we just bought a new digi cam. too bad ours wasn't freaking FREE!

we actually took the first offer. It was way under asking price but we broke even. I was so afraid of not selling it and being stuck still paying while one NY. I'm out near sugarloaf country club. I got lucky because nothing is selling here.
