I boiled mine, and I only had to wash and dry them once. It saves time, water and energy! But if you don't want to do that, I think you can do wash wash dry, repeat.
I line dried mine between each wash and then stuck them in the machine for the last drying cycle. They're all folded up and put away, waiting for my LO now!
