If it gets too hard to move around or makes you double over for a while, it's time to call. It could be a kidney stone, which won't actually hurt you or baby, but, they are really painful.

I would call your doctor just to be safe! I let pain go for a long time and I had to go to the hospital. NOT that I think that of yours I just think it's better to be safe! GL feel better keep us updated!
You kill me boxie! It does come and go, or maybe I just notice it some times and not others, it seems to not hurt as much when I am pressing my had against it.
if it bothers you enough to be a little worried, i would just call my ob for peace of mind.
