I have been catching up and how does no one know she has a husband and 2 kids?  In one episode, didn't it say she had worked with the nurse who died of cancer at that hospital for 15 years?  Wouldn't people notice her being pregnant and taking maternity leave twice?

    Nice catch!  yeah, that makes no sense.  I want to know how she could have such an addiction problem and show no signs?!  But I love this show!

    I really like the show, but you ask a great question.

    You'd think everyone would know she has a relationship if she was pregnant twice.

    That's easy.  There are lots of functioning addicts. 

    I had a friend who went to Stanford, and did speed to study.  No one knew she was an addict until she went to rehab.
