I had it before I tested and got my BFP. It was one of the first symptoms that I completely missed. I just thought my brain was malfunctioning randomly.
Not yet but I'm dreading it. I'm an effing consultant. I make my living by sounding intelligent and articulate. I'm sure to impress once my vocabulary starts including a lot of "thingys" and "ya knows" and the ever popular "thing-a-ma-bopper"
Yes, it has gotten really bad this week. I was trying to have a conversation earlier today at work, and I couldn't come up with SIMPLE words... I had holes in my sentences!
I tried to start an invite list for the couples shower my best friend is throwing for me...there were about 5 of my friends husbands names that took me more than 15 minutes EACH to think of...the list took awhile to get started!!
I also used to work (for THREE YEARS) with Paralegals (law office workers) every single day and the other day I was trying to think of that word and I spent 10 minutes trying to think of it before my husband figured out what I was trying to think of ...so bad!!!
I have pregnancy brain. Lately I keep forgetting to turn off my car and take my keys out. Yesterday at the store I was about to get out of the car and I heard my music still going. I thought why is my music still going. I also swear I heard someone yell out don't forget your keys. I have a horrible feeling I am going to lock my keys in the car with it running before this pregnancy is over.
DH and I were walking out the door to go somewhere and I grabbed his cell phone for some reason. I totally didn't tell him, and walked outside to wait for him at the car. Almost 5 minutes later, he came outside and asked me if I had his phone. I'm like, no, but then looked at my hand and saw it. He's like, why do you have my phone, and why didn't you tell me? I just looked at him sheepishly - pregnancy brain?
Re: Anyone else already have "pregnancy brain"?
That is hilarious! I'd love to see that.
