I'm just using a plain old 5 x 7 spiral notebook with a pocket. It gives me much more freedom to jot questions, random thoughts, food lists, book titles, etc.
Oh - and it has a pocket for receipts, etc. that I love.
I really liked "The Belly Book". It has a place for you to put weekly belly pictures, jot down notes/comments for the week, has places for u/s pictures, etc. I bought mine off Half.com but have seen it at Borders.
I'm using "Happy Baby, Healthy Mom." I bought it over a year ago in a cute little store in New Orleans, and then realized that I had it when I got the BFP! It has good health tips and information in it, and good questions for you to journal about, as well.
I can't access amazon at work (?) but I am certain you can get it there. Here is another link to it:
I have the Belly Book also. I haven't started writing in it yet, I'm still concerned of a m/c. But it's a cute book and has lots of space for just general writing, so it's not all question after question.
Another vote for The Belly Book! I got mine from amazon.com because it was cheapest there, but I saw it at Barnes & Noble at the store too. I just started filling it out and it has the perfect amount of space to write - not too much so you feel overwhelmed, but enough to include a few details and stories for each week.
I have the what to expect pregnancy journal & organizer. It has places to write each day and then a tip for each week of pregnancy. There are seperate tabs in the back for pregnancy questions and doctors appointments and family history.
I have two. DH and I bought one when we first started trying, and my mom just bought me one. We bought "The pregnancy journal" and my mom bought "The belly book." I like having both because the first isn't so much a journal as it is a "what's happening today" book. The belly book is awesome, has room for all sorts of actual journaling.
Another vote for the belly book. I have not really taken any pictures of my stomach to put in the book yet, but i think i am going to start. There is plenty of room to take notes and comment about different things.
I just bought an ordinary journal. I wanted freedom to write about whatever I wanted plus it gave me a lot of extra room for those days that take a few pages. So far I love it and it kinda reminds me of Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas with out the sad ending.
