Breakfast Casserole
2 package of Cressent Rolls
1 roll of Maple Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 T salt
1 T mustard
Grease 9x13 glass dish with butter or Pam. Press cresent rolls into the bottom of the pan (I usually end up using 1 1/2 cans of the rolls). Cook sausage then spread out on top of the cresent rolls. Then sprinkle cheese on top of the sausage. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage/cheese. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
It is soooo easy and soooo good and is great for just keeping in the fridge and re-heating a piece when needed! I make this anytime we have overnight guests!

T - Time you wake up: between 6-8:30 depending on Austin and whether or not DH is around to play with him in the morning. If I am lucky, Austin will play with DH from 6-7:30 and then come to bed with me and nap until 8:30.
