Saturday morning about 2 am we left for the hospital and Blake was born at 4:41 am. Hopefully I'll have more time later to share my full birth story. I wasn't even sure if I was in full-blown labor, but its a good thing we left when we did because I was barely at the hospital 2 hours when he arrived. No time for an epidural even though I decided I wanted one once I got there. Blake was 8 lb 12 ounces and 22.5 inches long. Only two pushes and he was out. I was almost pressured by my doctor into having a c-section because he was measuring big. Turns out my 7 lb DD took 2.5 hours of pushing and she basically tore me a new one. Barely any tears and just a few stitches this time.
