Massage tips ?

When do you do it and are there any tips ? Anyone's LO doesn't like it ?

I try to do a little massage on DS with lotion right after bath. I rub it on my hands for a good while to make sure it's warm. He just cries...

    I keep my LO's upper body covered while I rub the lower. Some the other way to.  She loves the foot rub the best!

    This sounds exactly like my son! He loves his feet rubbed. I do his feet and legs first while his upper bod is covered. Then I put his feet into his jammies and move onto the arms and then the body and back and then put those in jammies. Then I do his face. Even though it's right after bath, I turn on our Lights and Sounds thingy in his crib and he takes a paci until I give him his bottle a few minutes later.  He really loves this! It keeps him busy, too! Hope your LO enjoys massages soon!!!

    We just started doing massage a few days ago.  This is the video we're using.  If he's in a good mood to start it goes well.  If he's too wiggly or fussy to start he doesn't last too long.  He's usually better with it in the morning - I'm hoping as he get into it we'll add it to the bedtime routine.
    We use Baby Avalon oil, keep him naked but with a towel and cloth diaper underneath.
